Question 1

What makes a good adult obstacle course?

Accepted Answer

A good adult obstacle course challenges both the body and the mind. At TreeUmph!, adults can choose higher courses with longer spans, balance focused elements and strength-based obstacles. The design rewards control and problem solving rather than speed. Adults often enjoy the mental focus as much as the physical challenge. It feels engaging and rewarding without being overwhelming.
