Arrival Policy
All climbers should arrive promptly for their reserved time with waiver complete. If climbers are late, they risk forfeiting their tickets.
Cancellation Policy
TreeUmph! Adventure Course requires 48hrs notice to refund a reservation. We are able to reschedule your adventure up until the time of your scheduled climb. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call our reservation line at 941-322-2130. If you are calling while the office is closed, please leave us a voice message.
Clothing Policy
All climbers must wear closed toed shoes to be permitted to climb.
Rain of Shine Policy
TreeUmph! Adventure Course is a rain or shine activity. Unless we have extreme weather that closes the park, we look forward to seeing you at your reserved time.
Smoke, Alcohol, Drug Policy
TreeUmph! Adventure Course is a smoke free, alcohol free and drug free park. If any staff member has reason to believe a climber is intoxicated, the climber will not be permitted to climb and no refunds will be given.
Waiver Policy
Waivers must be completed for all climbers prior to arrival at TreeUmph! Adventure Course. All climbers must have a completed waiver in order to participate. Anyone under the age of 18yrs is required to have a waiver completed by a legal guardian.
